Our Dumpster Services Include:

Frontload Containers (primarily for regular household disposal on a route service):

 

• 2 yard
• 4 yard
• 6 yard
• 8 yard 

 

Roll-off Containers (for all residential and commercial construction / clean-out projects):

 

• 10 yard - 7.5 feet wide, 3.5 feet tall, and 11 feet long (we do have a variety of shapes, this is just an idea of the size)
• 15 yard - 7.5 feet wide, 4 feet tall, and 15 feet long
• 30 yard - 7.5 feet wide, 6 feet tall, and 20 feet long
• Compactor box services

 

(The above measurements may vary depending on the shape, but yardage is the same)

 

Items not accepted in dumpsters:

 

• Electronics (see Additional Charge Items for proper disposal)
• Units with Freon (see Additional Charge Items for proper disposal)
• Yard waste or brush
• Tires (see Additional Charge Items for proper disposal)
• Batteries (see Additional Charge Items for proper disposal)
• Anything in a liquid state (oil, paint, varnish, etc)
• Hazardous waste
• Asbestos 
• Animal/fish carcassas
  

 

**Tonnage rate is $75.00 per ton for trash.  This rate is only if you rent a dumpster from LSI (otherwise $87.00/ton)
